How many of you are like me and love to browse through design books and drool over the pictures inside?
How many of you have heard of designer, Betsy Speert? How many of you know that she has started a blog?
Well, Betsy is a designer, author, and she has a blog. What is the blog called, you ask? It is called Betsy Speert's Blog. Not hard to remember that now is it? They say we should write our blog posts like we speak and I am pretty sure she has that down. She may even be holding back some.
I commented on Betsy's blog the other day and told her that I remembered that I have one of her design books and was looking at it in bed the other night. She wrote me back and asked if I would like to give one away? Just like that.
So, of course I said yes.
This is the book she is offering one of you. It is full of beautifully decorated rooms. This book is all about COLOR. If you don't care for color then you may not like this book.
This book is all about how to decorate with color and patterns. It is full of warm cozy rooms such as these.
This bedroom has always been one of my favorites.
These are just a few. There is so much more.
Betsy is offering a signed copy to one of you.
That's right, an autographed copy.

I discovered Betsy through a link party a few months ago, and I was an instant follower. I love her style and her humor. Her blog is one of my new favorites ... don't you love her unabashed use of color and pattern? Anyone who throws cabbage roses around as often as she does is definitely a keeper!
I have been following Betsy for many years and have also been following her blog. That book is wonderful. I lent it out a few years ago and never got it back. Cannot for the life of me remember who borrowed it. So I had learned a lesson, keep track of your design books for they may not find their way back!

Betsy has been a favorite of mine for years! Country Living did a spread on a cabin/cottage she decorated when she was just starting out and I loved it! Have been following her for a while now and really enjoy her wit and style!
