Wow Us Wednesdays 29

8.31.2011

I have been busy today swiffering, vacuuming, mopping, and doing the laundry. It all needed to be done and since I am the maid I dedicated the day to getting it all done. Ahhh, much better. Now on to the party.

So many great links at last week's party. Let's take a look at a few.

Oh, how I wish I had the talent to completely reupholster a chair. This one is beautiful by Blue Roof Cabin.

Fancy Frugal Life shares how to make these cute embellished clip boards.

These are the cutest cupcakes with the lacy chocolate butterflies. Learn how to make these by

I love the before and afters of this gorgeous front porch by The Exchange and for only $50.

Y'all have probably seen this chandelier transformation featured all over blog land. If not you must check it out at B. E. Interiors. Simply fabulous!

This kitchen garden creation is fantastic. You must see the before pictures to truly appreciate the thought and work that went into this. Check it out at Cowgirl Culture.

You know I love ASCP and this piece turned out beautifully even though I would say the piece was beautiful before, too. Rinni did a wonderful job.

This is another wonderful project that has been featured all over blog land and when I saw this it just made me gasp. So so pretty and well done by House Dressing.

Be sure and check all these out and more.
Thanks to everyone who joined the fun last week. If you were featured be sure and grab a Featured button on my sidebar.

Now let's move on to some "Wows" for this week.

  40. Great features Kim! Thanks for the sweet comment you left regarding my guestroom. The flea market that we went to was in Madison Tennessee. The name of the flea market was called Phoenix Flea Market. We're definitely looking forward to going back there again. This time, we'll make sure we have something to haul things back....LOL.

Thanks again and have a wonderful day,

  42. Kim,

You mean a room looks better without dust bunnies? (hehe, just kidding ...)

I remember on The Christopher Lowell design show years back (reruns of course, I'm not old enough to have watched that show as new programming ... hehe!) anyway ... Christopher frequently commented that it didn't make sense to focus on decorating a beautiful room if you didn't keep it clean, so I always remember that when I spend a day cleaning and then I think about my activities as another form of decorating!

Thanks so much for hosting another great party.
