It's party time again! Time to show off those DIY projects, transformations, crafts, recipes and anything else that will "wow" us. I went through all the links last week and y'all were about fifty percent better than the week before with adding a link back in your posts. Maybe we will get even better this week. You can't be featured if there is no link in your post because most likely it was deleted. So add those links, please.
Here are some features from last week. Thanks to everyone who joined last week!
Designing Domesticity created this wonderful tree in a nursery. I just love the 3D flowers and birdhouse.
For those of you who decorate for Halloween you must check out
Dixie Delights over the top decor.
Here is some more Halloween decor inspiration elegant in black and white at
White Whimsy.
This transformation really wowed me because this was
A Little Bit of Shizzle's first furniture makeover.

Thanks for hosting! I re-linked up because the HTML got messed up somehow and I no longer see my post. Got to love the interwebs. :P
ReplyDeleteAlways such a great party!!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for hosting!!
Hugs,
Debbie
Thanks for hosting :)
ReplyDeleteGreat features, as always!
ReplyDeleteAlso, I am glad to know that it upsets you if someone has a page with their favourite parties. Recently, I switched to doing it this way when I found myself always bookmarking blogs that have them in page form and visiting those parties (but never visiting the ones I saw at a bottom of their specific post -- as often, it is not the right day for that party when I am visiting their post. I have had tons of views of this page since creating it and figured this sent more traffic to the parties that I love compared to putting a link in the bottom of my particular project post. Anyway, not sure if you'd thought about it this way and I'd be curious to know if others are the same (relying on pages that list parties in an organized way versus links embedded in particular posts) but in the mean time will be sure to put a specific link for your party in my posts that I link up.
Thanks for hosting!
These are wonderful! I'm loving the black and white Halloween decors. Enjoy the gorgeous day, Kellie xx
ReplyDeleteHi!
ReplyDeleteIt's just me looking at all the beautiful pictures.
Elna
Thanks for hosting, Kim! Love the Halloween features, too! And, cute picture of you (at Upstairs Downstairs), spying big deals at Scott's with the magnifying glass. :)

ReplyDeleteMary @ Redo 101
Thanks so much for hosting - so many great ideas to check out!
ReplyDeleteThank you Kim for hosting! The projects featured this week are so creative! I'm glad you addressed the linking issue. Most people don't realize how by not linking or by linking to a separate page actually can PENALIZE the Host's website and Alexa Rating. Because Google looks upon those absent or bad links as spam. And we sure don't want you penalized!:)
ReplyDeleteKim, all of your features are always outstanding, great choices! I'm so happy to join your party today, you are a wonderful hostess!
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Nancy
Thanks for hosting, Kim!

Hi Kim...
ReplyDeleteOh shoot..I meant to get over to sign up last night and got busy! Better late than never...so they say. Thanks so much for hosting another week of WOW! I love all the features that you showcased from last week's party. Love Jo's "pumpkin spider"...how clever!
Warmest autumn wishes,
Chari
Kim,
ReplyDeleteOh that giant yard spider you featured is too good ... really, I'm scared to death of spiders, but that is so clever! And since I live in Richmond and the University of Richmond is the fighting "spiders" (and my husband is an alum) I'll seriously have to consider a similar pumpkin display in our yard.
Thanks for hosting an always great party; in my post about a paint makeover for my bachelor chest I've also included a couple tips for furniture painting projects.

ReplyDeletepublish a draft post by mistake and then revert it to draft, but can't get the original post I wanted to show in the sidebar again.
Thanks
