I made a few summer changes to the powder room a few weeks ago and the towel just fits in so nicely.
You can see the way the room did look in this post. The new rug is a Dash & Albert. I just love their rugs.
Just look at that wonderful ticking and our monogram. Ann is a marvelous seamstress. I wish I had the sewing gene, but I actually break out in a sweat when I sit down at a sewing machine.
Ann added the most perfect ruffle and frayed the edge.
To make some small summer changes I added these sea shell hand towels. The new soap bar on the right is lavender and it smells divine. I bought that on our trip a few weeks back.
I added back my chippy little planter filled with greenery on the back of the john.
Just a few simple changes for a new refreshed look.
This is one of the two grain sack pillows I ordered from Ann. Most pillows like these are grain sack on one side and a solid cheaper fabric on the back. Not Ann's. These are grain sack cloth on front and back and the stripes are perfectly matched up. I have seen these pillows priced over $150. Ann's are very reasonably priced. She does just sell the covers, but you can find an insert very cheap even at Pottery Barn which is where I get mine.
Ann is offering my readers a 15% discount on anything you purchase from her shop. Just enter the code SAVVY15 when you check out. The discount is good through June 5.
So pop on over to her shop and check out all her pillows, runners, tea towels, etc.
What lovely work Ann does. I'm a sucker for ticking and monograms, too!
