This vintage cow creamer adds a bit of whimsy. I paid under fifteen dollars for it on a road trip stop. I saw one just like it recently at a local antique store for $33. No way.
This is an ironstone soup bowl and saucer that I shared recently. I put some potpourri in it to help with the smell coming from this chest. Thanks for all y'all's suggestions as to how to get rid of it. I just need to get around to trying them out.
A collection of old bottles with a sea fan tucked in are gathered together on a tole tray.
The old church in the country painting has found a new spot here.
Here is how the chest and plate rack look together. I had to stand in the master bedroom to grab a full shot since this is a tiny hall.
Oh, and this little chest that was here before has a new home in our utility room and it is holding all my chalk paints and supplies. This little chest is just made of pressboard so no real wood furniture is just being tossed aside. Before my paints and supplies were scattered in boxes. Feels good to have it all organized.

Good finds. I have a similar cow in white. I see you like collecting glass too. I cant get enough of it myself.

ReplyDeleteThe little church painting is adorable! I love finding antique naive folk art paintings...which can sometimes be really pricey. The green shelving really stands out with the oak chest...very lovely!
